Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with Management and other staff to ensure smooth running of their Department.
2. Work within Company internal CRM computing and manual systems.
3. Maintain Xero accounting for Newcastle office & liaise with Sydney head office accounts departments.
Type up Quotations.
4. Look after all sales emails & live chat
General Office Duties such as answering phones, filing, independently deal with basic client queries.

To Be Considered for this Position you MUST:

1. Building and Construction Industry background, preferably within Fencing Industry preferred.
2. Experience in Accounts payable and receivable .
3. Possess competent Computer & basic Program Skills.
4. Knowledge of Xero, excel, word etc…
Attention to Detail a Must.
5. Be pro-active, well organised & adaptable.
6. Good communication Skills.
Willing to go the extra mile
7. Be available M-F 40-45hrs p/w plus occasional Saturday if required.
8. Have current drivers licence with own transport, be willing and able to travel to Sydney for training

* Pick up materials from yard, suppliers etc & take to site where required.

* Demolish & remove existing fencing from site where required.
* Take old fencing to local tip when required.
* Install new fencing as per scope of works supplied by our office co-ordinations department.
* Liaise with Co-Ordinations Dept, Ordering Department, General Office Staff, Suppliers etc.
* Maintain company tools & equipment in your daily care to ensure job efficiency & safety on site.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION: (MUST HAVE / BE ABLE TO)
* Hold Current Australian Drivers Licence
* Hold WorkCover WHS Industry Induction Card (WhiteCard)
* Working at Heights Certificate preferable
* Hold current RISI ticket preferable
* Hold Current High Risk Licence for - EWP Operation preferable
* Hold Bonded Asbestos Certificate preferable
* Hold VOC for bobcat preferable
* Competently install the following styles of fencing C/W, C/B, H/W, T/P, Glass, Rural, Slat, Tube, Palisade & Handrail.
* Knowledge in glass, balustrading and specialty works - Advantageous
* Scope Daily Job Sheets effectively & efficiently.
* Read & Scope plans.
* Liaise with clients & site foreman’s on-site.
* Be up to-date on current fencing Products, Knowledge & Installation Techniques.
* Sound knowledge of Greater Sydney area including Central Coast, Blue Mountains & Wollongong LGAs.
* A clear criminal record.
* Provide an RMS driving record.

We have an opportunity for a motivated Delivery Driver with sound knowledge of the Construction or Fencing industry to join our team.

You will be primarily responsible for delivering, picking up, loading materials and preparing delivery vehicles for jobs in and around the Sydney Metro area.

Your duties will include but not be limited to -
-Loading & unloading materials on flatbed trucks & utes
-Removing demolished fencing & debris from site
-Liaising with staff, clients and suppliers
