Today we said goodbye to our beautiful boy, Harry.

For almost 17 years, he was a constant presence in my life, offering a kind of comfort that nobody else could ever give. He grounded me when things felt chaotic and taught me how to appreciate the little things. He was the one who filled those quiet spaces and made life softer.

I know that somewhere beyond this world, you’ll continue to watch over us all. So, until we meet again, I will carry you with me — not in the way I wish, but in the only way I can.

For this particular project, our client has requested a completely new look - moving away from their clinical, white cabinets towards a richer colour palette. We then suggested some slight changes to the layout of the kitchen to create better flow and provide move bench space by moving the pantry towards the entrance of the room. The joinery then extends into the dining area which not only doubles their storage but gives space to a dry bar and coffee station.

C O N C E P T S K E T C H E S | Sketching out my initial thoughts during the concept stage is the first opportunity our client gets to see their space start to take shape.

I have been designing for well over 10 years now, so after doing this for so long it's easy to see the big picture. This isn't the case for most clients though. Presenting conceptual ideas alone can make it a challenge for the client to see how this is going to translate in their space.
