Pumps were found to be working in good condition, however, the pit located in the property basement was in need of a clean, holding a layer of dirt from Sydney's recent rain

Scheduled maintenance has been booked in to carry out a deep clean of these pits in the next 7 days, which will ensure efficient function and longevity of this Stormwater pump out system

What started as a damp spot under the heater, turned into a steady stream along the carpark which wasted litres per minute

Being unmaintained, under an abandoned garden, we found multiple sections where the sewer line had dropped and was not functioning with the correct gradient towards Sydney Water's sewer main.
