Artwork installation at Malabar house above the Maxwell side cabinet from Globewest. It was a delight to drop off the final decorative elements to the design project for clients and see it all come together.

Nexgen is often engaged to design and construct 'forever homes' for those couples who wish to age gracefully in their last home.
Special consideration is required to adapt their homes for single level living or installing internal lifts if required. Design elements include widened doorways and extended levers on handles for accessible and functional living spaces. Guest quarters may also accommodate overnight care. Most importantly, the build requires exceptional quality, reliable, sustainable and low maintenance living for the elderly.

This newly renovated family home was transformed from a run-down workman's cottage. Nexgen's Design and Construct team have the knowledge and the experience to accomplish technical heritage restorations as well as ultra - modern architecturally challenging homes.

Naremburn project, a recycled timber vanity, bathroomware from Reece and a beautiful contemporary version of an encaustic tile used for the flooring.

Traditional Encaustic tiles are designed to be repeated in a continuously and seamless fashion. They also need special sealants to protect them.
