🏙️ McLaren St, North Sydney – Project Commenced

Proud to be delivering another premium design and construct project in the heart of North Sydney.

This luxury mixed-use development combines high-end hotel accommodation and residential apartments, featuring state-of-the-art mechanical systems throughout the entire building. Geminair Solutions has been engaged to deliver complete VRV air conditioning systems with fully automated controls, seamless flangeless grille finishes, and integrated fresh air delivery to every room for maximum comfort and indoor air quality.

The project also includes fully ventilated basement carpark systems and complete ventilation to all common areas across the development.

Every corner of this building has been carefully designed to ensure comfort, performance, and a continuous supply of clean air throughout.

🏗️ Waterstone, St Leonards – Project Update

We’re working alongside Sekisui & Decode to deliver Waterstone in St Leonards, a full design and construct of all mechanical & A/C services across a large-scale residential development. The project comprises 207 high end apartments spread across five towers, supported by a four-level shared basement.

Our scope includes complete air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems, along with full smoke exhaust control throughout all towers, ensuring compliance and performance across the entire development.

🚧 QUEENSGATE, Potts Point – Project Commenced

We’ve officially kicked off works on Queensgate in Potts Point, a major mixed-use development that’s set to become a standout in the area.

The project brings together five towers comprising a mix of residential apartments and hotel accommodation, supported by a four-level shared basement and a full ground floor retail precinct running across the entire site. It also incorporates some key features including the well-known Bourbon Hotel pub, a medical centre, and multiple retail tenancies.

Geminair Solutions has been engaged to deliver the mechanical ventilation and air conditioning systems across this development, and we’re looking forward to progressing through what will be a complex, multi-stage build.

Geminair Solutions is proud to kick off another major residential development, delivering full mechanical services for 295 apartments across four eight-level buildings. Our scope includes complete ducted air conditioning to every apartment, along with full mechanical ventilation for all units, common areas and shared spaces.

One of the biggest components of this project is the two-level basement carpark exhaust system, spanning the entire site and designed to meet strict BCA and Australian Standard requirements. This includes CO monitoring, jet fan assisted extraction and compliant smoke exhaust pathways to ensure optimal safety and performance.

Here are some highlights from one of our projects in Marsden Park. We successfully constructed a basement car park equipped with six supply air fans and six exhaust fans. The system is fully automated, featuring advanced controls that continuously monitor carbon monoxide levels to ensure optimal air quality.
