This project completed in late 2020, was located in the beautiful suburb of Balgowlah Heights, located on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. With the rear of the home taking in the spectacular views of both the North Heads and Manly Harbour

Initially the project consisted of an internal renovation of the original internal floor finishes, and an upgrade to the original kitchen, living and Ensuite areas. And through the process, the scope of works changed to include major works to both the front & rear elevation of the house, as well as a creating a new spacious living, and kitchen area. Other works to the internal of the home, included a new walk-in robe, Master bedroom and Ensuite, as well as works to the upper level yoga and kids retreat. In addition to these works there was an upgrade of the existing garage, and a new storage space and gym fitout. External works to the home included a full pool renovation, external paving, landscaping, and sandstone cladding to the external facade of the house

This was a highly rewarding renovation. with both David and I, and the Crookwell Constructions team enjoying the close working relationship with both the clients, and the designer (Denise of ORDER and Grace Order and Grace) through the duration of this project. With the final joinery touches being completed by Aled and Steve steve of Creative Space Constructions Creative Space Custom Joinery & Furniture

Both David, and I, are very proud of this renovation and appreciated the opportunity to be involved with this project.

This is a project completed in late 2017 for a local Forestville Family, where the original internal and external living areas were demolished to create a whole new internal open plan living area, With the existing pool and rear yard being renovated/landscaped to be transformed into a spectacular external alfresco dining and pool area.

The house had 2 additional bedrooms and 2 new bathrooms built. A new butler kitchen and laundry created. With all internal rooms, existing bedrooms and bathrooms being renovated. All internal joinery completed by Creative Space Custom Joinery & Furniture

This was an amazing renovation to be involved with, and both David Crookwell, and I Adam Crookwell are very proud of the end result.

This project involved major excavation where a large mass of rock has been excavated to create a large new alfresco area. As well as major structural works to create a new main bedroom and kitchen area.
