A new custom bow sprit built for J Boats Australia on a J100. This all carbon/epoxy part was vacuum bagged to give it the ultimate stiffness and strength.

Best of luck to Swish this weekend at the MHYC Sydney Short Ocean Racing Championship.

After a small amount of strengthening to the stanchions as well as some cosmetic touch ups by ARMS Shipwrights she is race ready and primed for a good performance.

Après avoir fait un point météo hier avec Monique, le manque de vent nous oblige à rester encore quelques jours à Tenerife...
Voilà où je l'ai retrouvée ce matin après lui avoir laissé un livre hier soir sur les courants de l'Atlantique (en français car n'oublions pas qu'elle est espagnole) et qui expliquait clairement qu'ils étaient portants pour nous jusqu'aux Antilles.
Très maligne cette Monique, je sens qu'elle nous réserve encore bien des surprises !

ARMS keel repair improving performance

On Saturday we won Combined Division 2 in the Lion Island race by 20 minutes on PHS.

Bashing into a 25-30 knot southerly on the way back my boat was stiffer and faster with the new timber keel sump.
