Looking for a Cabinet-Maker/Handyman/Skilled Labourer/Carpenter who is available on a casual or part time basis. This can either be a set number of days per week or a flexible schedule where we work in with each other. Would suit someone who is maybe semi retired or someone who has other work/life commitments and would like a flexible part time/casual job to fill in the time or supplement an income.
Experience in cabinet making/installation is not essential but you should have some ability to use tools, construct cabinets and assist with the install.

Based in Cromer on the Northern Beaches of Sydney and servicing mainly the Northern Beaches, North Shore and occasionally the Eastern Suburbs. Working on mainly residential projects from the simple to the more complex and detailed. Small clean and tidy workshop where you will be working alongside myself performing the following duties.

Duties include but not limited to:
- Assembly/manufacturer of cabinets/joinery in workshop
- Installation onsite working alongside myself and possibly alone
- Keeping workshop tidy and clean
- Receiving hardware/materials

Essentials:
- Reliable
- Punctual
- Own Transport to and from Workshop and Site
- Willingness to learn new skills if you have no experience in the trade
- Can think on your feet and troubleshoot problems
- Personable and good with clients
- Enjoy what we do and create and have a good time doing it

Desirable but not essential:
- Own Tools
- Experience in the trade

- No dusty loud machinery to run and maintain. Everything is cut and edged by someone else just outside the workshop.
- Everything machined by CNC accurately and with excellent quality
- Tools provided if need be
- Use of full electronic panel saw and quality workshop tools
- Use of workshop for own projects as time goes on

While this is a Part Time/Casual role there is the potential for it to be a full time position for the right person in the future as workload increases and if they are looking for more work. With the potential to learn more skills and be more involved in the business this may be a great opportunity for someone to progress in the trade and become qualified either through an Apprenticeship or Recognition of Prior Learning.
