Meet Grant, the face behind Northern Beaches Complete Renos 👋

With a lifelong passion for transforming homes, Grant started his renovation journey back in the UK before bringing his skills and craftsmanship across to Australia.

Now based on the Northern Beaches, he’s built a reputation for honest service, high-quality finishes and helping families turn their ideas into homes they truly love.

Away from the tools, Grant’s all about family life 🙌 weekends with his wife, little one and their dog 🐾 (we’ll introduce them soon!)

This client loved the limestone stairs we created about a year ago ..... so much so, they asked us back to extend and add on.

We cut the wall down to the right height, formed two new steps, poured the concrete, and finished with 30mm limestone bull nose treads complete with built-in lighting.

The result? A seamless addition that ties in perfectly with the original design and makes the whole outdoor space flow beautifully.

We kept this space practical but gave it a serious style lift:

✔ Hampton-style doors with brushed brass handles
✔ Warm oak benchtop + floating shelves for natural texture
✔ White granite bowl with brushed brass tap & waste
✔ Subway tile splashback with vertical offset bond
✔ 600x300 floor tiles with misty grey grout

This early 1900s home had solid bones but it needed a full overhaul to suit modern living.

Here’s how we brought it back to life:
