I require an office assistant in our Kirrawee office/showroom who is both honest and reliable. Duties will include answering phone inquiries, assisting customers in the showroom with selection of products and pricing, assist in organising production and ordering stock. Experience in data entry with MYOB and general computer skills would be an advantage. Experience in blind and awning industry is preferred but not essential as on the job training will be provided. The successful applicant will be working with our small happy team, and need to be able to work unsupervised at times. We can be flexible with work hours Monday to Friday and some Saturdays may be required.
