We have been back in the office the past week and are excited about 2026!

We’ve been a bit quiet on social media as we have reflected on 5 years of our business and looking ahead to the next.

We have some exciting things planned for this year for our business and projects, and look forward to revealing throughout the year.

A sculptural timber stair connects living from sleeping, and kids quarters from the parent’s wing. We imagined the stair as the central crossover space where family members would pass, meet and talk between the two levels as they prepare for a day of skiing or hanging out on the farm.

The fireplace was a key part of the design brief for our clients, serving as both a functional and symbolic element. Salvaged bricks from the original house, carefully sorted and laid by the bricklayers, reference the old hearth, reimagined in a contemporary form. Positioned as the focal point of the main family space, the fireplace defines the connection between the kitchen, living, and dining areas.

The living spaces of our snowy monaro project were oriented to key views and elements of the site that were important to our clients; a long view to sweeping country plains, a large sculptural gum tree and a window to face a significant family tree pictured here. This image was taken just before the landscape was completed, and next spring will be awash with planting.

The finishing touches on our Snowy Monaro project. The main entry space sets the tone of the country house with Blackbutt timber ceilings, wall paneling and door with a custom designed brass handle. We have reached a momentous milestone for the project as we complete the build of the house this month.
