I've loved cooking ever since I was young - starting with mud pies in my garden. While no one dared to eat those my curiosity and passion for good food grew, leading me to refine my culinary skills over the years. Today, I love sharing simple, delicious meals made with joy and creativity. I first saw a demo over a decade ago and spent years convincing myself I didn't need one to cook. While that

's absolutely true, I have to admit - it's a game changer! Having a high-quality appliance makes cooking even more fun and effortless. So Bloom and Blitz was born from my love of kitchen gardens and my passion for simple, flavorful cooking. I enjoy making fresh, seasonal ingredients shine, creating everything from quick meals to cakes, condiments, breads and now shrubs with ease. The only thing you need is a desire to cook and/or eat! If you're curious to see the Thermomix in action, arranging a demo is easy. But if you'd rather just follow along for food inspiration, enjoy the simple ideas and delicious creations.
