How we install 100mm EPS foam before rendering, step by step.
A few things we always get right on this stage:
• Panels aligned to the factory edge, not a cut edge, for accuracy
• Fixed with washers, screwed in carefully so they sit flush without overdriving
• Base secured into the starter track with expanding foam for a solid hold
Getting this stage correct will not only make your work look clean and presentable but serve many benefits when installing your angles and rendering insuring you have a squared & crisp window reveal.
