Absolutely Relative is the first theatrical performance to be included in the 2013 Sydney Architecture Festival (SAF) and will be performed on 2nd and 9th November, 2013 in Sydney, Australia. The bleakness of routine is altered by the movements of people; once fervent desires are coaxed, quashed hopes are rekindled and beliefs are once again made possible. They are part of the set, involuntarily interacting with the characters, the script and the performance space. Each character meanders as they deliver their lines; they hold attention by moving through space. The set – sparsely conceived – either demarcates where the audience should be or slowly orchestrates their movement.
