WE’RE HIRING! PART-TIME LABOURER NEEDED 🌳

Rob’s Shrubs and Grubs – Sydney (St George, Canterbury, Eastern Suburbs, Shire)

The Role:
Rob’s Shrubs and Grubs is looking for a dependable and motivated labourer to join the team. The work is hands-on and outdoors, covering a range of landscaping and lawn care tasks. Basic knowledge is required, but full training will be provided to bring you up to speed with how we do things.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lawn mowing (must understand the basics)
• Edging and whipper-snipping
• General garden and landscape maintenance
• Start working alongside the team
• Eventually transition to working independently and travelling between job sites

What We’re Looking For:
• Highly motivated and appreciates hard work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with others
• Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work
• Can operate a lawnmower and perform edging
• Willing to learn and adapt to our methods (training provided)
• Driver’s licence preferred
• Prior landscaping experience is an advantage

Work Details & Benefits:
• Part-time position
• Typical workdays are 6–8 hours or 8–10 hours
• Opportunities for overtime
• Meal and petrol allowances provided
