POSITION VACANT – FLOOR STAFF / PREP SANDER / PRIMER
We’re looking for a reliable & hardworking team member to join our growing team at Provision Spray Painting.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has a great attitude, and enjoys being part of a fast-paced production environment.
About the Role:
You’ll be working in our preparation team, supporting the finishing process by ensuring all products are perfectly prepped & ready for spray painting. Attention to detail is key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sanding and preparing cabinetry & joinery surfaces
- Priming & sealing products to a high standard
- Assisting with general floor operations
- Maintaining a clean & organised workspace
- Supporting the spray team as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic & reliability
- Eye for detail & quality workmanship
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to learn & take direction
- Experience in sanding/painting (preferred but not essential)
