Hill Lockart Architects have had the privilege to design a new atrium & entrance Facade for Gunnedah COLES. This project is having its final touches completed this week by RICE Constructions. What a difference this has made to the amenity, both inside and out.

Hill Lockart Architects are proud to have been selected as Lead Project Managers and Contracts Superintendent on the Cann Group Mildura Medical Cannabis development. The project was constructed during the COVID period which presented its own unique challenges.

Another Hill Lockart Architects Project for Gunnedah Shire Council is nearing completion.
New Saleyards Administration and Café.

The Gunnedah saleyards administration office and café has now been completed. What a stunning asset for council and the local livestock farming community.

Another Hill Lockart Architects Project reached practical completion and started production recently.
HLA were asked by Cann Group Limited to act as Project Managers and Contract Superintendents.
Managing 4 separate D&C Contracts on the one site.
This is largest and most advanced facility of this type in Australia.

Once dried, the crop will be sent away for extracting cannabinoids and making oil, tincture or capsules for medical use.

Costa's New Berry Packing Facility Tumbarumba.
Following the disastrous fires of 2019 in which the regional packing shed was lost. Hill Lockart Architects were commissioned to design the new modern facility to future proof Costa's berry Farming in the region. The new state of the art packing facility has just finished commission and is ready for this year's harvest.
