We’re proud to share that Rockstead has been named a FINALIST in the New & Emerging category of the Wyndham Business Awards 2026. ✨
Our journey began in 2025 with landscaping — supplying natural textured snow white pebbles.
From there, those same pebbles inspired us to create our Pebble Painting and Pebble Calligraphy Art Kits, giving people the opportunity to turn a natural product into something personal and creative.
That idea then grew again — into hands-on creative experiences and workshops that bring people together through art, connection and creativity.

In such a short time, Rockstead has evolved from supplying pebbles to creating experiences for families, workplaces, schools, community groups and organisations across Melbourne.
Being recognised as a finalist is a very special milestone for our small business, and we’re incredibly grateful to every customer, participant, partner and supporter who has been part of the journey.
From landscaping, to art kits, to creative experiences — we’re just getting started.

Rockstead is considering hosting a small Family Pebble Painting & Storytelling Atelier in Melbourne.

A creative experience where children and adults can paint, create, connect and share stories together.

✨ Family Gallery Walk & Storytelling Session
✨ Take your artwork home

During the atelier, each family will create their own collection of painted pebbles using Rockstead's signature snow-white pebbles and premium art materials.

At the end of the session, families will be invited to participate in a relaxed Gallery Walk where everyone can admire each other's creations. Families will also have the opportunity to share the story, inspiration or meaning behind their pebble artworks in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Suitable for children aged 5+ and their parents, grandparents or carers. Adults are encouraged to join in and create alongside the children.

Limited to just 8 families for a personalised and meaningful experience.

💰 $69 per family (up to 3 participants)
➕ Additional participants $15 each

🎨✨ Creativity, smiles, and colourful memories at today's Rockstead Art Experience!

From happy little artists to creative adults, it was wonderful to see everyone transform simple pebbles into unique works of art. Every brushstroke told a story, every design reflected imagination, and every smile reminded us why we love bringing people together through creativity.

Thank you to everyone who joined us today. Watching children and adults create side by side, share ideas, and proudly showcase their masterpieces was truly special.
