Our team is on the lookout for a fresh new face to start an apprenticeship with our growing carpentry business. A trade apprenticeship is a great way to earn while you learn, meaning no student loans to pay off at the end of your tertiary education.
You will need:
• Your own transport and licence;
• To be physically fit;
• Have an eye for detail and be proficient in mathematics;
• Honesty and reliability essential

Exposed rafters and joists can be stunningly beautiful.
When outside, they can also fill with spiders, webs, wasp hives and bird nests, not to mention the potential for a possum gymnasium.

Do you have water damaged or incorrectly installed fascia’s and barges? This particular home had no barges at all, a dodgy job by a roofer that never returned.
The damage that can be going on underneath may not be visable from the ground but water will get into eaves or if not worse inside your home and can be damging the structual frame. If left for too long this can lead to further damage or collapse of rafters or eaves.

External storage gained by utilising a dead space zone.
Removing the existing stairs and landing from these backyard stairs, we created an outdoor storage locker using NewTechWood composite boards (treads, landing, screening) and lining the underside with colorbond sheets to create some weather resistance.
NewTechWood is a great alternative to timber, with a look and texture of natural timber, it is made from 95% recycled materials and is extremely low maintenance with no oiling or painting required.
Practicality with sleek aesthetics, clients brief achieved.
