Not just a pool… a full backyard transformation.

Our Wamberal project is underway, and this one is being built as a complete outdoor living destination.

The design includes a custom pool, sauna, alfresco entertaining area, BBQ zone, external bathroom, storage and pump room — everything needed to create a resort-style space at home.
One of the standout elements is the engineered cantilever roof.

Designed in collaboration with our design team, director and structural engineers, it maximises views while minimising structural posts to create a clean, open entertaining space.

Hidden within the roof is a concealed TV, turning the alfresco area into the ultimate outdoor lounge.

But the clever engineering goes even further.
The roof structure has also been designed to support a future second-storey extension, which will include:

• Two new bedrooms
• A parents retreat with balcony
• Additional bathrooms
• Expanded living space for a growing family

Our company holds a full builders license and a property we built a number of years ago now, is on the market. Having spoken to the owners a couple of days ago, they have loved the home but they are city bound to be close to their children. We are happy for them and thought we might share the place to support their lifestyle change. We wish them well and good speed with the sale.

Another incredibly emotional reaction from our client's this week when we presented them their 3d design. They were overwhelmed - speechless, even. They said the design went beyond anything they had imagined, and they could not have been happier.

Just steps from the surf at The Entrance North on the Central Coast, our clients newly built Hamptons-style home offered promise - but its outdoor spaces was still waiting to become the sanctuary its owners envisioned.

This project allowed us to transform a newly built coastal home into a serene, resort-style retreat complete with a wrap-around pool, spa, sauna, cabana, and wellness spaces.
