Located in Melbourne's Northern suburb, Middletons Builders Warehouse is a successful independent bathroom and kitchen retailer for nearly two decades. The company has a broad range of customer base including builders, plumbers, tradies, architects, interior designers and DIY renovators. We provide a total solution for new and renovated bathroom and kitchen such as Vanities, Tapware, Kitchen, Sinks, Mixers, Tiles, Appliances, Toilet and Laundries products.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Company Director, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the current relationship with existing builders, plumbers and identifying new business opportunities. You will control all facets of the sales process and provide exceptional customer service that Middleton has become renowned for in the industry. This role is a hand-on role and you need to be comfortable with some manual pick and pack, loading and unloading.
Key Tasks
Provide all aspects of customer service and sales person.
Provide quotation and follow up diligently.
Keeping the warehouse/showroom clean and tidy.
Assist with good receipts and dispatch.
The ideal candidate
Have industry knowledge and bathroom products.
Experienced with sales and customer services.
Ability to persuade the potential customers to buy our products.
Having connection with Builders, Plumbers and understand their needs.
Outgoing personality, Friendly with Can do and positive attitude.
Able to work on Saturday.
Computer Literacy.
Forklift licence is a bonus.
