One of the worst leaks in a shower that I’ve seen. The membrane in the base was ok.The screed was not waterproofed and the drain was leaking which saturated the screed. Water has been seeping thru the screed out into the floor area for many years. The tiles ,screed and expanded metal were the only things holding it together. Once these came up my foot went straight thru the floor.
Great lunch though from the generator in coburg. Croque Monsieur toasty with a local visitor checking out the van.
