The reception room at LDS II Residence.

The original front room was retained in footprint and transformed into a dramatic double-height reception room, creating a generous sense of arrival while preserving the spatial memory of the existing house.

Designed to support both everyday family life and larger social gatherings, the room brings together scale, warmth and a restrained sense of occasion.

Construction begins at GG Residence.

Set within a 1990s neoclassical townhouse in Toorak, the project draws on the character of the existing home to guide a considered renovation. Italianate detailing gives way to a quiet homage to 1970s Italian Modernism, balancing weight, restraint and material depth.

We look forward to seeing the project take shape on site and sharing its progress in the months ahead.

Small Acts of Permanence.

Presented by Oigåll Projects from July 2 - July 19 is Small Acts of Permanence, an exhibition of sculptural ceramic works by Robert Davidov, that extend the questions at the centre of his architectural practice into a new medium.

Shaped through mass, pressure and restraint, the works sit somewhere between object and architecture, use and memory. Each piece carries the record of its making, where clay remembers touch, resists weight and reveals the limits of form.

We are excited to share our Alma Road Townhouses.

Located in the heart of Caulfield North, Alma Townhouses is a Build to Rent development comprising eight three-bedroom residences. The project translates the language of a single home into a larger residential setting, creating a group of townhouses that feel individual, grounded and quietly refined.

Davidov Furniture

Following the success of the original Circle|Square Stool, the collection has continued to evolve through a series of iterations, each adapted to a different setting, scale and purpose.

Conceived as an extension of our architectural practice, furniture design offers a way to test ideas of form, proportion and geometry at a more intimate scale.

LDS II Residence, as featured by

Two homes, one family, and a single, seamless residence woven together around a walled courtyard.

This was a highly detailed and refined project, where the success of the design relied on the careful ex*****on of the finest details. We are incredibly grateful to the trades, collaborators and suppliers whose skill and care helped bring the project to life.

Thank you to our clients for trusting us throughout the process, and to everyone who contributed to its realisation.
