We started Waterproofing a bathroom this week for some family, something a bit different.. 💁🏼‍♂️
every single gap has been sealed, all completely sanded, primed and first coat of waterproof applied this morning, with flexible membrane in all the joints, around the window, shower recess & all extrusion’s out of the walls (taps etc)
Second coat tomorrow and she’s ready for some tile’s! 🤙🏼

We managed to get the second coat on this morning before this wet weather sets in again!
Came up a treat with the second coat applied, took a lot of grinding as it’d been coated a few times before, so we took back as much as we could & give it a coat, then before the second coat this morning, a nice quick sand so the second coat applied nice and smooth with a lovely finish!

Here’s a few before & after pictures of a job we completed today!

All ground, sealed & first coat on in a day, not a bad effort for our first day on the job sole operating.

The previous coating on the patio was flaking up terribly and the tenants of the house were walking white flakes all through their home, they sure won’t have this issue anymore with a good grind & some Jotamastic 90 to seal it up again ✅
