Site visits are a big part of our projects. While most of the work is completed in our chairs, getting to site and speaking with our clients one on one allows us to not only see the land or existing house for ourselves, but to also see personal, individualised characteristics of either the existing home or the emotions and excitement elements of a new home brings up in our clients. Everyone is different and so are their needs. How someone uses a space can be completely different to how someone else may use it. This is why we like to get personal about how our clients intend to use a space. For example, maybe the focus in the kitchen is to socialise while cooking rather than being solely a cooking space, or maybe an office can be converted into an art space when needed. This is what makes all of our designs unique - just like every one of our clients!

When we get asked to design a new home or renovation, no matter the size of the project, the client receives so much more than drawings.

We perform the necessary research and consultation to ensure the client has everything they need to approach a builder and start the construction phase of their process. When we hear the words ‘just drawings’ its a very muted way of describing our vast process that includes so many facets.
