This laundry is 3160mm long. Every millimetre is doing something.

French doors instead of sliding - so the cabinetry could run the full width of the room. Cathedral glass keeps the light coming in without looking straight into the side yard. The hanging rail sits at 1100mm so full-length pants and skirts clear the bench. Washer and dryer under bench, which gives a proper folding surface above them. Two Vendlines for indoor drying, a Robinhood ironing centre built into the wall, and cabinetry beside the sink sized to hold the baskets.

Nothing is an afterthought.

Calm doesn't mean precious. The fridge hides behind cabinetry, the benchtop wipes clean in seconds, and none of it looks worse for wear years in.

Save this if you want a kitchen that can actually keep up.

Most people pick a light fitting. We plan a feeling.

Walk through this home after dark and it reads completely differently. A warm wash tucked behind the joinery, a low glow along the floor, a double opal sconce over the bed for that last hour before sleep.

Nothing here is one switch doing all the work. Save this if you're about to start your lighting plan and don't want it to feel like an afterthought.

The chaos doesn't stop at the door. It just has somewhere to go now.

This one sits off the laundry, which is almost always the main entrance on an acreage property. Sports bags, school bags, muddy shoes - it all comes through here. So we designed for that. Tall closed joinery to hide the bulk of it, a bench for shoes, and handle-less cabinetry so it reads clean rather than busy.

Contemporary, calm, and built for a family that actually uses it.

The quite luxury of motorised curtains.

Blockout or sheer, they earn their keep when taking the glare off the afternoon, keep a room private without dimming it, and soften the heat coming through the glass. Living made easier when they close and open themselves.

The best part is the part you stop noticing.
