Electrician - Full-time Position
We are looking for a skilled electrician to join our team to install, maintain, and repair electric gates, roller doors, automatic doors, CCTV and security for residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair electric gates, roller doors, automatic doors, CCTV, security cameras and security access
• Provide technical support and advice to customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or electrical issues
• Ensure all installations and repairs meet safety and quality standards
Requirements:
• Electrical Licence
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent customer service skills

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Part-time Position – Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to handle receptionist duties, office sales, scheduling and quoting small works. This is a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting our business processes.
Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:
• Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage phone calls, emails, ordering of parts, scheduling jobs, setting up new quotes
• Demonstration and sale of gates, roller doors, remotes, vacuum and air-conditioning parts
• Provide support to technicians and customers
Requirements:
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in end-to-end field service management software (Simpro) is a plus
• Previous experience as a receptionist and / or administration
