An important note to all:

If I am contacted to make or replicate any branded item, which includes designs, fabrics, and logos, I will decline the order. I am not being difficult; there are stringent laws protecting intellectual property rights, and the likes of LV, Chanel, Coach, Guess etc. have teams of people who work on seeking out infringers and imposing heavy fines!

Second, I will decline to work with anyone that messages me whose tone I find unwelcoming. This tiny business is more of a hobby alongside my full time job, and it is purely at my discretion which orders I accept, and the pace at which I set myself.

Furthermore, the use of capital letters and multiple exclamation❗️marks in your messages will do nothing to gain you any advantage.

Always remember, you are dealing with a Pommy with a love for grammar and the English language, so you will never win that argument! 😀

Loving this art deco velvet chenille fabric chosen for the dining chairs…just hoping I’ve got enough of it 😱 just testing out pattern placement at the moment before I cut my pieces. Every chair needs to be identical and unlike smaller items, pattern matching is critical when working with soft furnishings 🦊

Some of my newer followers are probably not aware of the master soft furnishings background I have 😀 Today, I’m starting a new project to recover six dining chairs because the faux leather covering is disentegrating. It’s not a full re-upholster…just a recover to extend the life of the chairs for a year or so. Watch this space to see the before and after shots….that is of course after I’ve removed a million staples 🙄
