In a 69sqm pre-war Warsaw apartment, preservation balances contemporary clarity. Original herringbone timber flooring and aged brass hardware anchor the home’s historic character, while marble surfaces and curated designer pieces introduce a more modern sensibility.

Throughout the apartment, layered details bring depth and individuality — from restored 1930s ceramic “gorset” tiles to custom joinery in softened pink and curry tones, all framed by a carefully resolved lighting scheme that lends warmth and atmosphere to the compact interior.
