Terms & Conditions of Purchase
If you wish to cancel or change your online order, you must provide 10 days’ notice, via written email, including your order number. An administration fee will be deducted from the refund.
Failure to show during the specific time frame allocated at the time of purchase, means you will forfeit your tree purchase with NO refund. No holds will be made, if running late please contact us to reschedule your pick up.
What is your return or exchange policy for Christmas trees?
Raleigh Christmas Trees does not accept any returns or refunds of our Christmas trees unless, under our case by case discretion, we deem a refund necessary.
Notification must be sent to us within 24 hours of tree collection and be via email, with 3 images attached, as to show the reason you deem the refund or return, necessary.
The times we will consider a refund/return;
– The tree is damaged by us, prior to your collection, making it substantially different from the original tree. Evidence of the damage must be provided and proof it was not done by yourself.
– If your tree is significantly unusable due to no fault of your own.
Refunds will only be considered if you can return the tree back to the farm gate, within 24hrs of collection. If this is impractical, at the discretion of Raleigh Christmas Trees, a refund maybe provided instead.
We cannot refund or exchange your tree if you do not care for it as per our guidelines above.
