Larsen’s Nursey will be at the Tropical Foliage festival at the Belmont Rifle range, ONE Day only this Saturday’s from 8-3pm… we have an array of plants 🪴 in tropical foliage including early caladiums, crotons and blue ginger and other plants! 🪴 pop along and we hope to see you there Kev!

Just recently we had some R N R and ticked off a bucket 🪣 list item! We went whale watching 🐳 at Hervey Bay and then a few days at Bargara. Got to see whales 🐳 a great orchid house at Hervey Bay botanic gardens, visit to check out Bundaberg Rum 🍹 factory… catch up with old friend Joan at Maryborough. A great time away with our daughter and grandkids.

On Thursday Coral and Kev celebrated their 60th Anniversary ❤️ from meeting each other in New Zealand, to getting married then flipping a coin to decide to come to Australia, staying here, buying a house in Mt Gravatt, starting a landscaping business, travelling, having two kids, more travelling, some health set back, buying 10 acreas to build a nursey, their love of plants, to enjoying two grandkids, travelling to their bucket list Egypt and Turkey. Love is grand. Kev gave Coral beautiful necklace that he designed! Cherish times together and amazing memories and love ❤️ 💍 💒 ❤️o

Good afternoon folks, we hope you are all taking advantage of this glorious sunny day and having a walk around your gardens. On today's walk around the garden, we spotted this very special clivia, a cross that Kevin and a very dear friend of ours George Hellen did many years ago. This green-yellow/cream interspecific is not something you come accross all that often and is a reminder of a friend that has gone to the clivias in the sky. Enjoy the team at Larsen's.
