Keys in hand. That moment after months of planning, designing, and building together, when a family walks through the front door of their finished home for the first time. That's what it's all for.
This Fleurieu Peninsula build was designed in-house from the ground up, and every room tells that story. The open-plan kitchen and living area centres around a bold green marble island bench, with floor-to-ceiling windows pulling the coastal views straight into the heart of the home. It's the kind of outlook you never get tired of.
Through the hallway, floor-to-ceiling terracotta cabinetry adds a warm, confident pop of colour that grounds the whole space. The bathrooms carry that same considered approach, with green tiled walls, dual vanities, backlit circular mirrors, and gold fixtures that feel luxurious without trying too hard. The freestanding bath tucked against textured tiles is the finishing touch.
Outside, the timber-decked balcony with glass railings frames the view perfectly. Morning coffee out there would be hard to beat.
This is what we mean when we say we build a lifestyle, not just a house. Every detail was designed around this family, this block, and this stretch of South Australian coastline.
