What is it they say when you renovate an old house? You never know what you're in for. Who would have thought there was a cellar hiding under the floor of this gem built in 1925. The only problem it's full of sand! The boys hard at it on a Saturday arvo getting the job done. I'd say it's nearly beer o'clock.
