We have been busy on the Community CCTV program for the past few weeks at the Glenfield Park Scout hall.

We love a challenge and that's exactly what we got! So we apologise for being on the slack side of our socials.

We have hit the ground running this year from residential to commercial and community funded projects.

The Glenfield park community funded CCTV project is voluntary run and funded by our local businesses throughout to help keep a safe and clean environment in our community by reporting illegal dumping and suspicious activity to authorities.

A massive shout out to all who contributed to make this possible and we look forward to working with everyone in the next stage.

From CCTV to alarm systems monitored by our control room or via your phone application, to access control and data networking hardwired or wireless!

Residential to commercial we have you covered.

๐Ÿฆ‰Are you afraid of the dark?๐Ÿฆ‰

Don't worry we have your back with the new 6mp Owlview cameras from Uniview.

Owlview camera's aren't like your traditional black and white image that you get from a standard security camera as they produce a full colour image at night and also will make number plates on still vehicles now visible.

The wise ISP image processing engine ensures full colour images with out the need of LEDs or ir illumination. Equipped with ultra motion detection the new 6mp Owlview camera's are perfect for any residential or commercial aspect.

Give us a call or send us an email to find out more.

๐Ÿšจ New Installations ๐Ÿšจ

Unfortunately we have been called out today for a recent break and enter at the BP service station in Tumbarumba.

While we are all enjoying the festive season please do not be complacent about your home / business and belongings!

Don't wait till it's to late!!

We deployed 2 monitored Ajax systems today at both service stations.

Being the Christmas break shutdown we had to get the big guns involved today bringing our Liz Nixon into the field and 7 News even come for a chat.

Liz was responsible for all monitoring agreements and data entry to streamline our clients experience.

It was a big day but in the end our client is now protected and will know first hand if someone is up to no good within there premises.

From us all at Redback we wish you a happy new year.

You might think that a Security Camera is just a Security Camera or an Alarm System is just an Alarm System!

Well that's not always the case.
Redback Security Solutions will only use NDAA certified products from start to finish.

NDAA compliance refers to adherence to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), which prohibits the use of certain manufacturers' surveillance and telecommunications equipment that are considered a national security risk.

To be NDAA compliant, products must undergo a comprehensive vetting process to ensure that they don't contain parts from banned manufacturers.

This includes:

Manufacturer:
Ensuring that the manufacturer is not on the U.S. government's ban list.

Components:
Scrutinizing the origin of camera components to prevent the use of banned foreign hardware.

Software:
Rigorously evaluating the software running on the camera to ensure it's free of vulnerabilities.

Products that are NDAA compliant are often marked with text or a logo that indicates compliance.

Some of the Chinese manufacturers that have been targeted include:
Hikvision, Dahua, Huawei, ZTE, and Hytera Communications Corporation.

NDAA compliance is important because it helps to safeguard critical infrastructure and sensitive government facilities, also non-compliant products can also have serious consequences for businesses and government entities, including the loss of funding, government projects, and reputational damage! let alone your privacy in a residential installation.

This is something we are getting questioned about it on a daily basis.

If you're unsure about what you are purchasing or thinking about purchasing?

Please reach out!

We are only a phone call or email away.

We have been out and about the last 10 days helping Stax Security out at the Isuzu head office in Melbourne.

A massive warehouse with a dual story office, a total of 79 cameras replaced and installed with a combination of bullet and multi sensor AVA cameras.

All existing network cables were tested, if faulty they were replaced.

6 existing comms cabinets were also upgraded with a new Dlink switch and Ups.

A new powerstack pole for a LPR ( Licence plate recognition ) camera and the ubiquiti antenna for the wirless link back to the office network.

Thanks to the Stax team for the opportunity to work with you on this awesome project.
