🏡 Recent Project Highlight | A Multi-Purpose Sunroom Transformation

When the Asgill family approached the Spanline Riverina team, they had one goal in mind: create more functional living space that could be enjoyed all year round. ☀️

What began as an underutilised outdoor area was transformed into a beautifully integrated extension of their home, designed to support both work and family life for years to come.

With Geoff needing a dedicated art studio of his own, the project was carefully designed to create two distinct spaces, each serving a unique purpose while maintaining a seamless connection to the existing home. 🎨

The transformation began by insulating the existing patio, instantly improving comfort throughout every season and eliminating condensation issues. From there, a spacious sunroom was constructed using a combination of insulated wall panels, windows, screens and doors, creating a warm, inviting and highly functional extension of the home. 👏🏼

Thoughtful attention was paid to every detail, from selecting colours and finishes that achieved an "always been there" look, through to installing downlights that allow the space to be enjoyed from morning coffee through to evening entertaining. ☕️

An open section was also retained to provide easy access to the backyard and create the perfect barbecue zone, completing a versatile outdoor area the whole family can enjoy.

🏡 From Weathered Patio to Seamless Outdoor Living | The Rock

The Problem ☔️
Paul and Stephanie approached Spanline Riverina looking to replace their old, weathered patio that was leaking and no longer matched the beautiful renovations happening inside their home.

The Solution💡
We removed the existing structure and, after discovering the fascia had deteriorated, replaced and repainted it with client approval. An insulated patio was the perfect solution, and we installed our exclusive 60mm Climatek insulated roof sheets in Manor Red/Classic Cream (smooth finish), creating a fresh, modern finish while improving comfort by reducing heat and condensation.

Cream posts and beams paired with Manor Red trim were used to seamlessly tie the new space back into the home for that true “always been there” look. With Spanline’s engineering, we were also able to span further with fewer posts, opening up the space and creating a cleaner, more usable outdoor area. 🏡

A Smart Patio Transformation in Tatton 🏡

When Defence Housing Australia approached our team, the existing patio had clearly reached its limit - low clearance, weather wear, and poor drainage were holding the space back.

Our team’s solution was a clever flyover Patio using Spanline’s Double-U roof system.

By lifting the structure above the existing gutter line with modified gable brackets, the team allowed the home’s original drainage to function properly again. Combined with all-new posts, beams, and guttering, the result is a cleaner, more open outdoor space that looks better and will last for years to come. 💪🏼
