Californian double brick house extension:
The extension combines the classic architecture of a Californian bungalow with modern features to create a comfortable and stylish living space.

The extension includes a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area that seamlessly connects to the backyard.

The addition of an outdoor verandah with an adjustable pergola provides a comfortable outdoor space that can be adapted to different weather conditions. This area can serve as an extension of the indoor living space, perfect for relaxation, dining, or entertainment.

The incorporation of large glass doors and windows provides ample natural light to the interior, making the space feel welcoming and vibrant, and takes advantage of the backyard's swimming pool by offering a great view from the living area.

Overall, the design balances classic architectural elements with modern functionality, creating an inviting and versatile living space.
