It's time for a paint!
When bare wood is exposed to the elements it becomes dry, britle and cumbles. It becomes more susceptible to rot, mould and dirt.
If your exterior fascias, fences, gables or pergolas are starting to peel or flake, it's best to get on top of it early to avoid further damage and more costly repairs.
