Flashback to a few of our team members deep in the Carrara quarries in Italy.

What an experience! Seeing Natural Stone in its rawest form — how it sits within the mountain, how it’s carefully extracted, and how the raw blocks eventually make their way across the world.

The scale is hard to comprehend until you’re there. The machinery carving into the mountain. The precision cutting. The coordination between technology and skilled manpower that makes it all possible.

There’s a different level of appreciation when you understand the process from the ground up — and witness firsthand what it takes before a slab even reaches a gallery, and eventually becomes part of someone’s home or commercial space.
