We were recently called out to a couple who had just moved into their new home, only to find water pouring through the ceiling outlet. After getting up on the roof, we discovered the roof had been installed incorrectly - and it appeared to be a known issue by the previous owners.

Another great reminder of why routine maintenance matters 🔧

As part of our quarterly preventative maintenance, we discovered a hot water system not working at one of the commercial sites we look after. With no real need for hot water over summer, no one on site had even noticed the issue.

This is exactly why regular checks are so important - catching problems early before they become bigger (and colder!) headaches.

All materials have now been ordered, and we’ll have the system back up and running before the cooler weather sets in

Proud to lend a hand to a great local cause

We recently helped out where overflowing gutters were causing issues for the op shop in Norton St. Our team installed additional downpipes and upgraded the existing system to get everything flowing properly again.

Glad we could step in, protect the space, and support the amazing work they do for the community
