I only got the one “before photo”, but this was a huge transformation of this back and side yard in Jewells.
The clients wanted entertaining space in the back yard, so we removed all of the timber posts under the deck and installed steel beams. This created an open, waterproof area for a pool table and seating.
We then excavated and retained the yard, and extended the concrete area towards the fence to allow space for a future spa.
The suspended walkway from the house was failing, so we removed the bottom section (it had already been repaired once) and poured a ramp up to, and under the suspended slab to support it.
We finished by pouring a path down to the new entertaining area, and down the full length of the side of the house for boat/trailer storage.
