Many of my Removal jobs are after the owners start renovating and stumble across the Asbestos sheeting.
A lot of the renovation shows never give the time to educate there audience of what could be hiding behind those old tiles and many other areas.
When I initially quoted this job at a house in Melbournes south east it was just for the laundry/bathroom walls and floors.
While I was there I also quoted for the roof and walls of the garage, as well as some sheeting that had been used as garden edging.

The after photos from yesterday’s Removal. A little unit that had the walls of the combined toilet/shower/laundry clad in Tilux Asbestos sheeting, the vinyl floor tiles were also removed as they potentially contained Asbestos fibres.
Once removed we found the sticker in the picture, stating a manufacture date of 1968.

An old shed that was built to cover a caravan while the old owner built the house. Asbestos sheeting on the walls removed safely and then the frame demolished to open up some space in the back yard.
This job was completed by myself over 2 day’s.
