Here at the Bonsai Emporium we strive to provide you with the highest quality Bonsai, Bonsai tools and Bonsai pots. We offer a repotting, pruning and styling service for a tree you have just purchased or one you have owned all your life. For people starting out in the art of bonsai we offer a starter kit consisting of one potted 4-5 year old tree, a table, extra soil, ornamental gravel, extra wire

, a fertilizing tablet and specific instructions for the type of tree included in the kit.. We are the largest importer of bonsai pots in Western Australia and have a large selection of glazed, unglazed, plastic training pots and hand painted pots ranging in size from 10cm to 1.4m. Our famous Bonsai Emporium soil is specially made for bonsai and has a perfect balance of water retention, weight (for easy root growth) and nutrient level; we also sell liquid and tablet fertilizers that will make your bonsai explode with growth and flowers. We offer a half day workshop for beginners, which includes a 4-6 year old tree and hands on experience with tuition from Peter Odin owner of the Bonsai Emporium. We're calling on our local community for support. Recently, our business faced incidents of bonsai tree theft. Someone out there might recognise the individuals involved from their clothing or stature. The trespassers failed to steal the bonsai tree as the guard dogs deterred them.

We've attached videos from the incident. Any information, no matter how small, could be beneficial in identifying these individuals and preventing future incidents. Your support in maintaining the safety and integrity of our local businesses is invaluable.

The mediums available are:
Pumice: 1-3mm, 3-5mm, and 5-9mm for $2.60 per liter.
Scoria/Red Lava Rock: 1-3mm and 3-5mm for $2.70 per liter.
Gravel: 0-6mm for $1.20 per liter.
Orchida (pinebark): 3-6mm for $2.10 per liter.

Hello everyone!
Our beginner bonsai class is now open for booking. The class will run you through how to style and maintain your bonsai. We will provide you with a 5 year old juniper procumbens nana that you will work on. Peter Odin will show you how to repot, trim, wire, and shape your new tree. The classes run from 12:30pm to 5pm. We have only 3 sessions available, on the 21/03, 28/03, and 11/04. We will open more if they get booked out.
