Hi Everyone,
Due to the extreme heat at this time of the year, It is very important to make sure you protect your Garden with Mulch.
The scorching Sun can often burn the plants, heat up the soil and burn the roots if left uncovered.

So from Tuesday 3rd March till Friday 6th March, we will be having 20% off our bulk RICH ORGANIC MULCH,
With Added Compost ( Black Gold)
That's $80 for a 6x4 Trailer (normally $100) PICK UP ONLY
The load also comes with a free complimentary 2lt bottle of our special liquid fertiliser

We recommend a 3 inch or 75mm covering of Mulch, wetting the whole area down before and after spreading.
This will help retain moisture and keep the ground cool👍

"REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY"

Hi everyone, on Sunday the 9th of November 2025,
Vicki and I will once again have the Honour of hosting the 10th Light Horse Organisation at our premises here in the Swan Valley, Western Australia.

There will be Horses and Veterans done up in full WW1 Light Horse Imperial kit, as well as memorabilia from WW1 on display.

Historians and Veterans will also be here to explain the different pieces of WW1 memorabilia and tell of the historical WW1 events and Heroic tales of the 10th Light Horse Regiment.

If you have some items or personal information to share, that would also be cool👍, we would love to see it.

The Remembrance Service starts at 1100 hrs (11am) with the Reading of the Ode, Last Post, 2 minute silence and Rouse.

A Gunfire lunch will follow the service (sausage sizzle) with all donations from the day going to the 10th Light Horse organisation.

This also supports our Veterans and volunteers do the great work they do to keep our ANZAC History alive.

There will also be donation tins and eftpos available, if you can help, it would be much appreciated.

There is no entry fee, so bring the Family and enjoy the day learning about your ANZAC History.

We do ask that you don't bring your animals and all Children need to be under Parental supervision at all times.

It would also be great if the children didn't have phones unless taking pictures.
We would like the kids to have fun and learn about their ANZAC History.

A competition will be held for the best photo or footage of the day, and the winner will win $100 worth of garden products from our business.
Photo's will be put up on our fb business page( Eureka Organic Compost) and the winner will be drawn by the 10th Light Horse.

So come down and get a selfie with the one of the Horses, take some pictures of the day, or even take a photo with one of the Troopers and enter in the competition.

The 10th Light Horse will be here from around 10am - 3 pm depending on heat for the Horses.

Adriaan & Vicki and the 10th Light Horse Organisation would love for you to join us for a special Family day of Remembrance.
