The previous painter just painted over these western facing severely weathered weatherboards leaving fine open cracks. When challenged by the owner he promptly said he wasn't coming back and left the job half done. So if you want the job done right the first time and a painter that is willing to talk through your concerns or questions, choose Langerak Painting and Decorating. As you can see in the photos I have used an exterior timber filler, sanded and recoated the weatherboards for a finish that will last and prevent further deterioration.
