🔨😂 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹... 𝗗𝗮𝗻'𝘀 𝗛𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵! 😂🔨

A little update from our Port Noarlunga project! 🪵🌊

Dan copped a bit of stick from the boys for escaping the office and getting himself back on site...... especially after sounding slightly out of breath in the last video. 😂😅

Well, he's started digging the footings and somehow managed to absolutely luck out.......

𝗦𝗔𝗡𝗗! 🙌😂

No rock. No hard clay. Just beautiful, easy digging, pretty much the dream when you've got a heap of holes to get through! ⛏️👌

So while everyone was having a laugh about Dan being back on the tools, he's now pretty pleased with himself...... and reckons he's definitely had the last laugh. 😎😂

Plenty more to come as we turn this previously unusable area into a great new space with better access to the lower level and a beautiful 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝘅 𝗕𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗮𝘆𝗻𝗲 deck to sit back and listen to the ocean from. 🌊🪵🏡

🔨🌊 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝘅 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗮𝘆! 🪵🏡

We've just kicked off this new project, where we're creating a beautiful 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝘅 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗮𝘆𝗻𝗲 - and this one is going to completely change how this part of the property is used. 🙌

Until now, this has essentially been an unusable space. The new deck will turn it into a great spot to sit, relax and listen to the ocean 🌊☀️, while also creating much better access down to the lower level of the property.

And who's kicked this one off? 𝗗𝗮𝗻'𝘀 𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 and got himself back on the tools! 😂🔨

As you might notice in the video, he's slightly out of breath... apparently emails and paperwork haven't been keeping the fitness levels up! 😅

He's certainly not complaining though, he's pretty happy to swap the office for being outside for a change. ☀️👌

We're only at the very beginning, but this is going to be a great transformation once that 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝘅 𝗕𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗮𝘆𝗻𝗲 starts going down. 🪵💚

We'll keep you posted as this one takes shape...... and see if Dan's fitness improves along with it! 😂💪🔨

𝗟𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀.

It sounds obvious......

But outdoor furniture needs more space than most people think 👇

🪑 Chairs need room to slide out
🚶 People need room to walk past
🍽️ Tables need room to be used comfortably

A little extra space around furniture can make an outdoor area feel much bigger!!

🤯🪵 𝗙𝘂𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁 – 𝗡𝗼𝘄 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗧'𝗦 𝗮 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗸! 🪵🤯

We thought we'd built some pretty impressive decks over the years... but this one takes things to another level! 😳

At Calypso Bay in Queensland, there's a huge boardwalk/deck stretching around 𝟰𝟱𝟬 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 and 𝟳.𝟮 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗱𝗲, over two levels. 🇦🇺🔨

That's approximately 𝟯,𝟮𝟰𝟬𝗺² of decking! 🤯🪵🪵🪵

To put that into perspective, the largest deck we've built so far was around 𝟮𝟮𝟬𝗺² - and believe us, that felt pretty big! 😅💪

So we've still got a little way to go...

𝗡𝗼𝘄, 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻...

Who's going to be the client that gives us a crack at beating it? 😂🙋‍♂️
