About the Role

As a member of the Pavecon Solutions team, you’ll be involved in a range of asphalt and paving works, including roads, car parks, Major Projects, and repairs. You’ll work alongside experienced operators and supervisors to ensure every job is completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, lay, and finish asphalt surfaces to specification
• Operate and maintain paving and compaction equipment
• Assist with raking, shoveling, and handwork as required
• Follow all site safety and quality procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines

What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in asphalt laying or civil construction (preferred but not essential)
• Construction White Card (required)
• Current driver’s licence (HR/MR licence highly regarded)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Physically fit and reliable with a positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends or overtime when needed

Looking to employ a driver to operate our semi flocon. Casual position with the potential for full time for the right candidate. Experience in the asphalt industry prefered but not essential. Training provided.
Must haves -
- HC truck licence and white card.
- Pass medical and D/A screening.
- Clean driving record.
- Attention to detail and cleanliness of equipment.
- Work in a team environment and at times, unsupervised.
