👷 Meet Our Engineer – John Nguyen
John first joined Countrywide Asphalt in 2021 as a quiet, fresh-faced young fella. These days, he’s anything but shy – dishing out just as much banter as he does technical know-how.
He runs what some might call a "questionable" rental operation on the side, but that’s where the dodginess ends. When it comes to his engineering, John is sharp, articulate, and precise – no fuss, just gets the job done.
In his spare time, you’ll find him on the local tennis court with his self-feeding ball machine, relentlessly working on his forehand like a man on a mission. Or in his shed, building furniture from scratch – not for the love of woodworking, but because he’s too tight to buy it and reckons he can do it better himself.
He recently relocated to Melbourne… supposedly to be closer to the vegan scene. We’re still processing that one.
