Always like a challenge with Cypress pine, This floor was completed in Heathcote,
3 coat system was applied,
1 x sealer & 2 x top coats of Lo-Sheen .ind

Spotted gum Timber has been a favourite since I started sanding floors,
This job was done for a couple who were making the move from Sydney to Bulli after buying it but needed the floors done before moving in,
This job was around the corner from home which was a bonus for me,

This floor was completed with an amazing view,
130m2 of Blackbutt Timber at this job in Bulli & that’s only on the bottom level,
With another 85m2 upstairs that I’ll be returning this year sometime to complete.

Getting the old Waterbase off can sometimes be a challenge,
This floor was ok I’ve definitely sanded worse.

I applied 1 x sealer & 2 x top coats of Waterbase aka Loba2kDuo with a Matt/satin finish.
