Lilly Pilly - the Ultimate Aussie backyard hedge!

Give your garden a real green wall, screen an ugly fence or wall, cover the side of your house or grow privacy from your neighbours - every Australian backyard has a place for this plant - and we have them in stock!

Lilly Pilly's are a beautiful native, originally growing in rainforests, making them an extremely hardy plant, however their dense, deep green foliage and the capability to be grown to anywhere from 1 to 5m high also makes them very attractive for residential homes.

These are one of our fastest growing (and selling) plants, so get in quick to secure your plants and have the perfect hedge in your backyard in no time!

40% OFF! - Gazania Fast-Growing, Hardy Groundcover Plant

Clearance Sale! 40% off!

Gazania Tomontosa is about the hardiest groundcover plant that you can find! It has light silvery-green foliage and bright yellow flowers in Spring and Summer. It can be planted in poor conditions like on steep banks or in rocky ground, and still thrive because of it's hardiness. It is drought resistant and it's and the thick mat of stems created by the plant can act as a layer of living mulch, holding water in the soil, and also helping to keep weeds down. These plants will also help to control erosion on small hills and embankments.

Best planted in full sun to part shade.

The plants are in 140mm pots for $6 each (were $10).

Maintenance: These plants will generally take care of themselves - You can quite easily and safely prune/edge these if they are getting a bit large, with a whippy snipper!

Best planted in a 60cm square pattern for a dense groundcover, or 40cm apart as a garden edge.
