Dapto - Where to start! We ended up taking out well over 100 tonne at this property, removed existing brick retaining wall and existing slab, this was cut up to find previous owners had just concreted layer upon layer upon layer.
Next find, no existing storm water at all from the house, the main power to the back shed was just under the top of slab not in conduit, the sewer was still earthen wear and completely blocked with tree roots!
So we replaced all sewer from house to mains, connected all down pipes to new storm waterline and hooked into main. New power to shed, water from mains for a shower and sink in shed. Replaced existing fence with 106m of woodland grey colour bond fencing ontop of timber sleeper, leveled the yard which was about 1100mm out from top to bottom and laid a sandstone retaining wall and to finish 193sqm of buffalo turf.
